    The working principle of the solid-liquid separation filter cartridge is simple. The filter cartridge is made up of a filtration medium, which can be composed of various materials, such as polypropylene, nylon, or polyester. The cartridge is designed to fit in a filter housing, which contains a feed inlet, a liquid outlet, and a solid outlet.
    When a fluid containing solids enters the filter housing, it flows through the filtration medium in the filter cartridge. Solids in the fluid are trapped on the surface of the filtration medium, forming a cake. As more solid particles are trapped, the cake layer becomes thicker, reducing the flow rate of the fluid.
    The liquid portion of the fluid passes through the filter medium and exits the filter housing through the liquid outlet. The solids are separated from the liquid and accumulate on the surface of the filtration medium. When the cake layer reaches a certain thickness, it causes the pressure drop to increase, and the filter needs to be replaced.
