    The compressed air oil-water separator is composed of an outer shell, a cyclone separator, a filter element, and drainage components. When compressed air containing a large amount of solid impurities such as oil and water enters the separator and rotates down its inner wall, the centrifugal effect generated causes oil and water to precipitate from the steam flow and flow down the wall to the bottom of the oil-water separator, which is then finely filtered by the filter element. Due to the use of coarse, fine, and ultra-fine fiber filter materials stacked together, the filter element has a high filtration efficiency (up to 99.9%) and low resistance. When gas passes through the filter element, it is firmly adhered to the filter material fibers due to the obstruction of the filter element, inertial collision, van der Waals forces between molecules, electrostatic attraction, and vacuum attraction, and gradually increases into droplets. Under the action of gravity, it drips into the bottom of the separator and is discharged by the drain valve.
