                               Washing methods

    1. In the production line, backwashing is generally chosen: first, turn off the switch of the original liquid and filtrate pipelines, rinse with bacteria free water, input from the original outlet, and discharge from the inlet or lower drain hole of the filter. Backwashing should be under pressure but not too large, usually around 5 kilograms. 
    2. Remove the stainless steel folding filter element and wash it in cleaning solution. Soak it first and repeat the cleaning process.
     Cleaning solution can generally be used:
    A. sodium hydroxide, 0.1NNaOH
    B. 1-2% citric acid water flux or 0.1N oxalic acid solvent, 0.1N hydrochloric acid solvent.
     
    C. When using enzyme solvents or other solvents for cleaning, it is generally best to control the temperature between 30-40 degrees Celsius.
     
    Precautions during cleaning: For filter solutions with high protein content, such as draft beer and nutrient solution, high-temperature disinfection must be performed after cleaning the filter element to prevent protein from condensing and blocking the membrane pores at high temperatures.
