1. Close the natural gas valve to prevent gas leakage.

2. Open the exhaust hole and discharge the waste in the pipeline.

3. Check to ensure that there are no more dirt in the pipeline.

4. Use a wrench or other tool to open the filter cartridge housing.

5. Remove the original filter element, taking care not to damage the pipeline or connecting threads.

6. Clean the outer shell of the filter element, check the position and wear of the sealing ring.

7. Apply an appropriate amount of lubricant to the filter housing (lubricant is not required for initial installation).

8. Install a new gas filter element, paying attention to the correct placement of the front and back sides of the filter element and the sealing ring.

9. Secure the filter element and slowly open the natural gas valve, taking care not to cause overcurrent.
