Isifinyezo somehluko oyinhloko:
1. Inqubo kanye nesakhiwo
Isici sesihlungi se-Meltblown: Isakhiwo se-gradient esinezingqimba eziningi sakhiwa ngobuchwepheshe be-meltblown, esikhululekile ngaphandle futhi siqinile ngaphakathi, sihlunga ungqimba ngengqimba.
Ikhatriji yesihlungi sikakotini se-PP: igoqwe ngokulinganayo ngemicu, incike ekuhlungeni kobuningi obuphelele.
2. Umehluko wokusebenza
Isici sesihlungi esiqhunyisiwe yi-Melt: Ukunemba okuphezulu (1-5 microns), amandla okugcina ukungcola aqinile, afaneleka ukuhluzwa okuncane.
Isihlungi sikakotini se-PP: Ukunemba okuphansi (ama-micron angu-5-20), kufanelekile ekubambeni kokuqala ukungcola okukhulu kwezinhlayiya.
3. Iziphakamiso zokusetshenziswa
Uma ikhwalithi yamanzi iphansi noma kudingeka ukuhlunga okunembe kakhulu (njengokusebenzisa imishini yokuphuza eqondile), kufanele kunikezwe kuqala ukusebenzisa amakhatriji okuhlunga ancibilikisiwe;
Uma kudingeka ukuhlunga okuyisisekelo kuphela (njengokuvikela kwangaphambili), kungakhethwa ikhatriji yesihlungi sekotini ye-PP eshibhile.
