The filtration accuracy determines the particle size that the filter element can filter out. The common filtration accuracy range is 3-30 μ m, and special accuracy can be customized according to needs.

Working pressure: The normal working pressure of hydraulic oil filter element is generally 1.0MPa, which is the maximum working pressure that the filter element can withstand.

Working medium: Hydraulic oil filter cartridges are usually suitable for various media, including general hydraulic oil, phosphate hydraulic oil, emulsion, and water ethylene glycol.

Working temperature: The working temperature range of the hydraulic oil filter element is -30 ℃ to+110 ℃.

Flow characteristics: The flow rate and pressure drop of the filter element through the oil are important parameters of the flow characteristics. At the rated fuel supply pressure, the total pressure drop (the sum of the pressure drop of the filter shell and the pressure drop of the filter element) should generally be below 0.2 MPa.

Filter strength: The strength of the filter should be tested for rupture impact resistance according to ISO2941-83 standard. The pressure difference that drops sharply when the filter is damaged should be greater than the specified value
