    Correct installation and disassembly: When disassembling the air filter element, gently remove the dirty filter element from the housing and avoid tapping the filter housing to avoid damaging the filter element. When replacing the filter element, make sure that the sealing strip/gasket is not damaged and avoid using damaged sealing strips/gaskets.

    Avoid damaging the filter element: Do not use damaged or filter paper laminated filters. Concave or raised filters cannot effectively prevent pollutants from entering, while filter paper laminated filters consume more engine power and fuel.

    Check the status of the filter element: The lifespan of the filter element should not be evaluated by observation, but rather based on resistance. A dirty looking filter element may still have a longer lifespan, so it is best to replace the filter element according to the instructions of the differential pressure indicator.

    Prevent water ingress: During use, special attention should be paid to avoiding the paper core air filter from being soaked by rainwater, as excessive moisture can significantly increase intake resistance and shorten its service life.

    Proper storage and disinfection: When storing the filter element, it should be completely soaked in disinfectant and ensure that the filter element is completely dried before use. Do not package filter cartridges that have not been dried in plastic bags to prevent them from becoming moldy.

    Regular inspection and replacement: Regularly check the air filter for leaks and replace any lost or damaged parts. Do not attempt to repair a damaged filter element
