Primary separation: The compressed air output by the air compressor carries large and small oil droplets into the oil-gas separation tank, and the large oil droplets naturally settle and separate due to gravity.
Fine filtration: When suspended oil particles with a diameter of less than 1μm pass through the glass fiber filter material, they are intercepted by diffusion and inertial collision, and gradually condense into large oil droplets.
Recycling: The aggregated oil droplets settle to the bottom along the filter layer, return to the lubrication system through the oil return pipe for recycling, and finally output clean compressed air.
